Research On Upper And Lower Water Shut-off Technology For Multilayer System

Since the Daqing oilfield entering into the later period of the development, water cut rising stringendo, Interlayer contradictions increasing gradually, with the end of replacing of first class oil zones, the replacing object had turned to the second and the third class oil zones, multitudinous production wells needed upper and lower water shut-off technology, According to the principle of layer system adjustment suggested by Daqing oilfield, oil-water well layer system upper and lower water shut-off technology should content the request of the oil layer which was blocked off or the oil layer which was reserved in well pattern should be recycled, plugging pipe string should had the function of convenient salvage and rapid sticking-releasing. so a higher request was put forword in mechanical sealing. In order to content the need of upper and lower water shut-off of large area and multilayer system of Daqing oilfield, this thesis conducted the research on upper and lower water shut-off technology for multilayer system which could be used to the layer system adjustment.Based on the analysis of the properties and application of the packer of slips all around the world .Coming up with structure and principle of the Y445-114 removable packer as the main sealing for the Upper and Lower Water Shut-off Technology for Multilayer System .Use SOLIDWORKS software to mode for sealed plastic tube of Y445-114 removable packer and slips respectively. And do finite element analysis to it using the softwares of ALGOR and ANSYS. Realize stress analysis of the glue tube and structure of slips. Through the interior experiment,we verified Y445-114 desirable type of the packer instruments had good sealing, anchoring and unset property; Field application had proved that the properties of the Upper and Lower Water Shut-off pipe string which the main plugging tools were the Y445-114 desirable type of the packer instruments were reliable easy- process and low-cost. Meanwhile it could satisfy the requirements of the daqing oilfield later development about the adjustment of series of strata.
