To begin with, the paper summarizes the research results of residual oil in the past, while the researcher continues to follow the evaluation of test area in IV blocks, and the researcher draws a conclusion by testing the great increasing output in the tested blocks, and finds the integrated water remains stable; Test areas not only achieve the good effects of the adjustments in wells and nets, but also get the good guides for understanding the residual oil distribution.Secondly, according to the III blocks in Qianan Oilfield, the researcher applys three-dimensional geological modeling, numerical simulation methods such as the deepening reservoir carried out geological knowledge of the research, and establishes a phased three-dimensional geological model ,which can have a more direct understanding of the non-homogeneous in the layers and the horizon.Thus ,the distribution of the residual oil is known clearly, which can direct the work of the potential tapping.Finally, based on the understanding of the III block, the researcher does a deep research on it .Then the researcher establishes a corresponding relationship between the water flooded zone and response of testing the well ,which can give an effective guidance to the development of oil and gas reservoir flooded. Based on the work above , the researcher suggests that a inspection well should be put up in order to enhance the oil recovery.
