Researching for the YKR circular vibrating screen, based on the probability theoryand Weibull model, using MATLAB Curve Fitting Toolbox, SIMULINK SimulationTools and ADAMS calculate, simulate and analysis screening process. The mainresearches in this study are as follows.Based on the shaker works and probability theory, circular vibrating sievescreening efficiency was calculated. Based on Weibull model, the high precisionmathematical prediction model was fitted, the factors affecting the efficiency ofscreening were analyzed. The theoretical basis for subsequent research was provided.According to the practical significance of the screening efficiency particle size,using Curve Fitting Toolbox accurate sieve curve and particle size and derive underdifferent feeding allocated Curve. The factors affecting the particle size were analyzed.The fuzzy mathematics assessment screening effects were introduced. The assessmentof the application and other parameters of imperfect screening effect were improved.After Kinematic analyze of the vibrating screen, the model up in the Simulink wasset. According to the operating parameters and structural parameters shaker, the positiondifferent trajectories sieve movement and the effects of exercise on the sieve screensurface of material movement have gotten. The material beats at the screen surface at aposition in the vertical direction was obtained. The different size fractions of materialthrough the sieve probability infeed end, centroid, discharge end were calculated.Based on the screen surface material movement and theory, collision model wasestablished. After simplify circular vibrating screen, the shaker model in Adams was set.The impactions parameter set according to the material and the screen surface materialwere researched. Selecting three major motion parameters screen surface, through thecase of screen material group particle simulation conducted27groups, the results ofparticulate material through the sieve under different motion parameters were analyzed.The different effects of different parameters on the particles through the sieve wereresearched.
