Tactile plays a very important role in a variety of human perception, it is an important way access to human knowledge of things. If introduces the sense of touch in the virtual assembly system, will greatly enhanced visual effect, improve user immersed sense, will cause between the user and the virtual assembly system is alternately more real,the nature.Based on the above idea, founded an application procedure in this paper, let the user complete nail hole assembly use tactile. This can finish touch assembly applications including based on programming codes of C++, computer graphics, user-defined interface and analog touch device combination. Users can feel force feedback in hole of virtual assembly in the application of this program, users can use force feedback distinguish different diameter nails and different lubrication, thus good proved this application is effective. Moreover based on force feedback of virtual assembly technology also has the very big development space, not only may carry on the nail hole assembly, but may also carry on other more types the assemblies. If put it to use in product design phase, it can directly used to improve products before produce a product or prototype, plus product parts manufacturing information, will be further enhanced engineer management control ability. In conclusion, based on force feedback of virtual assembly role is not allow to ignore, will play an important role in the product of the assembly and design stage.
