Research On Electrical Control System Of Servo Tilting-type Automatic Pouring Machine

Heightening automation of pouring is a technical guarantee by which the producing foundry is assured with high accuracy and quality, which is still the important technical mean to free workers from strenuous manual labor and disgusting circumstances. There are technologies of locating with laser which takes aim at the poured cap automatically, of measuring the high degree of iron liquid in the pouring container with supersonic, of advanced servomechanism driving and of artificial teaching through manual work by imitating which the auto-making pouring is completed, by digital intermediary of Programmable Logic Controller in my thesis. Though the state of pouring has been changing for the pouring container corroded by high temperature iron liquid, the changing parameters of pouring are compensated at real time by the technology of parameters modified online, which further enhanced the control accuracy to the tilting type auto-pouring machine , improved its function.
