The five-axis mechanical stamping optical measuring instrument (FMSOMI) is explored for solving the shortcoming of the stamping measuring methods. FMSOMI utilizes point cloud three-dimensional aligning technology and three-dimensional optical scanning technology, it's able to improve the mechanization and automation levels of stamping detect process. Digital design tools conclude virtual prototyping and finite element simulation were used in the design of main structure of guidway, which is useful for the test, evaluation and improvement of the detector structure.This thesis analyzes the characteristically of the instrument around its detailed design and mechanical simulation, the main contents are as follows:Firstly, the instrument's overall digital virtual prototype design is programed. The function, structure and working principle of the instrument were analyzed in detail.Secondly, the detailed structure of the instrument was particular designed from parts design to the overall structure assembly. The structure of instrument parts were designed by CAD technology on the UG design platform, the virtual assembly model was constructed, and preliminary digital virtual prototype was established.Finally, the static and dynamic mechanical properties of the guidway system were simulated by CAE technology. The finite element model of guidway system was established on the ANSYS Workbench Environment (AWE) design platform, which includes static simulation, modal analysis and harmonic analysis.The structural design, virtual prototyping establish and finite element simulations of the instrument were described in detail through above mentioned points. Establish virtual prototype and mechanical simulation to FMSOMI is effectively to shorten development cycles and reduced development costs.
