One of the pillar industries is hazardous chemicals industry in China's national economy, which plays an irreplaceable role in national economic development. As China's production of dangerous chemicals, the rapid development of various types of hazardous chemicals accidents also occur frequently, causing casualties and property losses. From the development of the industry and the requirements of building a harmonious society point of view, minimizing the loss of hazardous chemical accidents has become the field of security in a more and more attention focused.In this paper, Huainan, as the research object, through the hazardous chemicals in Huainan, the production, use. storage, transportation and current status of investigation and analysis of relevant units of data collection, collation, set up an emergency basis Huainan database; of hazardous chemicals products caused by chemical accidents and the consequences of the main features were described, draw conclusions, summed up the consequences of the accident risk of quantitative models for the realization of computer programming provides a theoretical basis; to fight the blaze burning tank, the cooling combustion when the water tank, the use of fire extinguishing agent carried out quantitative research in the development and design on the basis of a disposal of hazardous chemicals emergency decision support system.Through the establishment of emergency disposal of hazardous chemicals in Decision Support System for a variety of hazards, goals (including boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipes, reservoir, tank farm, etc.) as well as hospitals, police, fire and other emergency resources, goals can be well managed; system can occur hazardous chemicals fires, explosions and other accidents result analysis, put out the fire burning tank, the cooling combustion when the water tank, fire extinguishing agents for the use of quantitative calculation, in order to energy-efficient deployment of fire-fighting equipment, for emergency to provide scientific guidance.
