The paper focuses on medium frequency inverter resistance spot welding power control digital research and development of the whole system. In introducing the frequency inverter resistance spot welding power supply based on the research status; analyses the resistance spot welding of the basic principles and features described in detail its main control algorithm, and the welding current is designed based on The constant-current fuzzy logic control algorithms. In project, according to the process's analysed about the complexity of welding course, melt nuclear uncertainty of forming process, using dual-chip design TMS320LF2407A and ATmegal6L designed the main control circuit of IGBT inverter's resistance spot-welding digital power. It also devised kinds of protective circuit. It is validated on the spot jointing and leads to a good performance.In view of this low-voltage high current power supply features, designed a medium frequency inverter resistance spot welding power supply main circuit, given the specific parameters of each device and the resistance spot welding of the main circuit and control circuit has taken some of the reliability and anti-jamming design. Analysis of the cause over-voltage, under voltage, over current and over-temperature anomalies of the reasons the protection circuit is designed accordingly. By analyzing the impact of spot welding a variety of interference with normal work and their causes, in the schematic diagram, PCB design and programming hardware and software has taken the course of anti-interference measures, thus ensuring the reliability of the systems work.Eventually make the entire frequency inverter resistance spot welding system in kind, were carried out. In the experiment, we analyzed the different components of resistance spot-welding machine power, recorded related waveform and obtained the initial result showing that the main circuit works steadily and hardware circuit is reliable with good anti-interference ability which do meet the primary demands.
