With industrial development in the field of spot welding,spot welding system performance increasingly high demands.The complexity of the spot welding process,a process of nuclear fusion uncertainty,both resistance spot welding system requirements more stringent. Spot welding process in order to guarantee the stability and achieve a good spot welding,spot welding process on the importance of real-time information extraction and processing,which requires adequate control system speed, accuracy and sensitivity of response,instead of high-speed,high-volume computing DSP is adapted to the pressing needs of this can be achieved spot welding system of information control.This paper first on the mechanism of spot welding,spot welding multiple factors affect the design process for spot welding current control only by the control system of spot welding,spot welding to the optimization of process parameters set by spot welding quality control methods.Spot welding current through the realization of the optimal spot welding quality control,the establishment of a spot welding current and other factors affecting the quality of the spot welding,and then based on RBF neural networks,cluster analysis,the establishment of the electrode pressure,thickness, spot welding time and the best spot welding electrode diameter and current optimization model.In determining the optimization based on the current settings,through fuzzy PID controller, to achieve the best spot welding current loop intelligent control.The simulation results show that: the spot welding parameters in different circumstances,we can achieve the best spot welding current, and to meet the requirements of control precision.For the above optimization and intelligent control, subject to the controller as the core LF2812, completed the design of the hardware and software design, implementation, spot welding pulse current of the various characteristics of precision control and monitoring, storage optimization of welding parameters , the automated spot welding.
