The paper uses theoretical study, laboratory analysis, field survey and other comprehensive research methods, and studies the application of technique of IR imaging detecting for hidden fire source of small coal mines, and develops appropriate comprehensive fire prevention and control plan based on the detection results. In the area of theoretical research, the paper conducts a study technique of IR (infrared ray) imaging related theories, and selects the suitable IR imager according to the measuring range, distance coefficient, waveband and a series of standards. In experimental analysis aspects, it proves that Xinliu Mine of 11 coal has good thermal conductivity by heat conduction test of coal, but as grain diameter increasing, thermal conductivity coefficient increased small more and more. While according to the observation on internal heat source temperature and the surface temperature of monitoring and comparison analysis, it can judge the hidden fire source is discovered more easily, and as heat passing, detection of hidden fire source more difficult, IR detection method has obvious advantage. In the area of field survey applications, through IR detection of Xinliu Mine several working place and specific analysis for detection of infrared image, and surveys some regions that may cause of coal spontaneous combustion temperature anomalies, and the distance by back calculation must be verified through field drilling, finally formulates appropriate measures to the regions that may cause spontaneous combustion, it provides a basis for further comprehensive fire-fighting design for t Xinliu Mine.Figure [48] table [9] reference [51]...
