Abstract/Summary:
Mine fires all over the world have occurred, fire is more serious in China. Exploitation of small coal mines has long history, used room and pillar type or simple mining methods to dig behalf of the mining, the recovery rate is low, legacy of coal is more, the roadway is to communicate with each other, small coal mines produce more coal spontaneous combustion because of long-term air leakage, and severely affect the local economic development and ecological environment. Therefore, governance of spontaneous combustion fire in small coal mines is imminent. In the governance process, the dynamic information monitoring of the fire area is the key technology of fire prevention and control, can guide the construction process of fire, and provide important basis for evaluation of extinguishing and acceptance of fire area. However, the quenching of the coal is an extremely complex, dynamic change in physical and chemical processes. Therefore, Study on change regularity of gas of extinguishing process will help to fully master the dynamics of the fire zone.Therefore, this paper has made certain explore and try to this problem, bases on extensive reference of chinese and foreign literature and systematic summary of the results of previous studies, this paper uses the method of combining theoretical analysis, experimental simulation and field practice, analyzes the causes, feature and influencing factors on spontaneous combustion of small mines; Due to more influencing factors of the fire gases in the actual process of extinguishing and they are difficult to track determination, this paper designs and builds simulation test system of the medium coal combustion and fire extinguishing to simulate regenerative situation, air leakage situation, particle size and thickness of the floating coal, take fire extinguishing method of the oxygen cooling and add resistance, and follow up changes of temperature and gas on the whole process; this paper uses this system to carry out experimental research and analysis for coal samples of YaoPing mine.The main research contents and results are as follows:1. This paper research process of coal spontaneous combustion and its influencing factors, combined with mining methods of the small coal mines, summarizes the characteristics of spontaneous combustion area of small coal mines.2. This paper develops on simulation test system of the coal spontaneous combustion of high automation and fire extinguishing basing on the analysis of the characteristics on spontaneous combustion area of the small coal mines, can simulate the whole process of different particle size and different air leakage intensity from the coal spontaneous combustion to put out, and rules of change about all kinds of gas with temperature3. This paper carries out simulation experiments to YaoPing coal sample, takes fire extinguishing method of the oxygen cooling and add resistance, research various gases and change rule of gas ratio in the process of cooling, and takes grey relational analysis to various indicators. The conclusion of experiment:CO and H2changing with change of temperature in the process of fire-fighting; associating sequence of each gas for CO is:CO2> H2> CO/H2> CO/CO2> CH4/C2H6> CH4; it applies H2to measure degree of fire-fighting on the fire area first.4. According to actual measured data on YaoPing mine, this paper analyzes the rule of H2、COn H2/CO and CO2/CO with change of temperature, verifies the law of experimental simulation and correlation of H2and CO, and comes to attenuation formula of H2and CO on the process of fire-fighting.
