There are three normal ways to store energy resources in the world at present, which include tank store on the ground, tank store in sea and storage caverns underground. The storage caverns underground that formed by washing the salt rock has been chosen to store energy and deal the nuclear waste by most developed country. That's mainly because the salt rock underground storage has many advantages like economical, better invisibility, steady mechanical property, and so on.Since the salt rock was chosen as the medium of underground storage vault, many people have study its convention mechanical property in deferent degree, stress, and loading regime. Except that, some people researched salt rock's creep property, analyzed its creep mechanism, and deduced its creep constitutive model. And chosen similar materials to simulate the convention mechanical property of salt rock. These jobs get many helpful conclusions, which applied to the salt rock underground storage volt exploit, construct and operation program.But, there little people simulate the creep property of salt rock. So on the basis of predecessor'study, this paper accord to the basic principle of similarity model test to choose suitable proportion similar materials and analog salt rock's convention mechanical property under certain conditions, and simulate it's creep property in short time.Based on similar principle, this paper adopt the dimensional analysis to deduce similarity criteria that refer to salt rock's creep rate, stress, strain, modulus of elasticity, volume-weight, gravitational acceleration, geometries, Poisson ratio etc parameters. Then according to the orthogonal design method, arrange experiment when the ratio of halite aggregate and cementing agent are 1:0.02, 1:0.04, 1:0.08, and the ratio of coarse particle and fine particle are 2:8, 6:4, 8:2, and the pressing stress are 0.196kN, 0.392kN , 0.784kN. Get 9 experiment schemes. After that, pressed model specimens in accordance with the 9 experiment schemes. Then carry out the axial stress test and triaxial creep property. Study the effect of ratio of aggregate and cementing agent, coarse particle and fine particle and pressing stress on the synthetic specimens'mechanics characteristic. We found that the best mix proportion scheme was the aggregate and cementing agent ratio of 1:0.04, the coarse particle and fine particle ratio of 6:4 and the fabrication stress of 0.196kN, and the general mechanics characteristic and creep property of the specimen was similar to the Jintan salt rock.Except those, this paper simply introduced the salt rock's creep constitutive equation and microcosmic creep mechanism. Those study can build a solid theoretical basic for the similarly model test research about rock salt distortion and destroy mechanism during the underground salt caverns building and operating process.
