The punching technology for Automobile Panel is one of the most important technology that influences the development of automobile and die & mould industry.The advanced level of design and manufacture for automobile panel is very significant for the lefe of dies,quality of parts and efficiency of manufacture.The paper introduces the theory of metal plastic forming,and probes into the yield conditions of aeolotropic material and the plates of thickness anisotropic and the stress-strain relationship of thickness anisotropic.It will be the basis theory of the study for sheet metal forming.Deep drawing is the key in the manufacturing process.The quality of drawing parts will effect the quality of subsequent handling.This paper discusses the technics of automobile panel drawing in detail,for example,the choose of punching direction,the design of Die Addendum Surface and Die Binder Wrap,the Settings of technology incision and Technology Hole,the size of blank and confirmation of the shape,the select of the fillet radios of die and punch,the choose of blank holder force,etc。And this thesis focuses on the mechanical property,effect,kind,layout and methods of draw bead.The paper briefly introduces DYNAFORM that is the numerical simulation software of sheet metal forming.And then the drawing process of boundary beam of doorframe is simulated,get and analyze the limit diagram of forming,thickness distribution map and the stress.According to the results,the equivalent drawbead will be debuged or changed to solve the problem of rupture and wrinkling.The final results will be the reference of the design and modification for the mould.By illustrative laboratory work,the result of numerical simulation is proved.The optimizing design method of punching and die for boundary beam of doorframe in the paper provides significant reference for the application of finite element numerical simulation technology in punching process design for automobile panel.
