This paper selected china regional Agricultural non-point pollution as the research object,based on the environmental economics as theoretical,used nine years from 2000 to 2008 Agricultural non-point pollution and agricultural economic growth statistical data as data basis,used multiple regression analysis,calculated the relationship between the level of regional differences in Agricultural non-point pollution and the economic growth,gave the economic explanation of the regional Agricultural non-point pollution difference.Choosed chemical fertilizers and pesticides input density as indicators of agricultural non-point source pollution, selected the rural per capita net income, food production per unit area and per capita grain output for the agricultural economic development indicators. On the base of chemical fertilizers and pesticides input density description, this paper used K-means clustering method to define china agricultural non-point source pollution as high, medium and low agricultural non-point source pollution in three regional areas. Scaled the three regions non-point source pollution and the status of the Economic Development of the characterization measurements, from the transverse and longitudinal analysis of its trends respectively. Finally, built the model to do regression analysis between agricultural non-point source pollution and agricultural economic development level among three region areas.Put forward the relevant policy recommendations on the base of research conclusions.According to this analysis,summarized the relationship between the level of Agricultural non-point pollution and the economic growth characteristics:Firstly, high agricultural non-point pollution area corresponding the most economic developed eastern coastal cities, middle agricultural non-point pollution area corresponding the most economic developed eastern coastal cities and focused on food central area,the underdeveloped western areas is the low Agricultural non-point pollution.Subsequently,there was a positive correlation between the level of Agricultural non-point pollution and the economic growth.Viewed from the current situation,china's Agricultural non-point pollution will be further intensified.Gave the relevant policy suggestion:made the regional price differences policy of agricultural materials,used the emission trading and tax means to control agricultural inputs,gave the organic fertilizer financial subsidy to improve the enthusiasm of farmers.
