With the rapid development of China's township medical service, disposable medical reject is used more and more. If all of the medical waste are destroyed without discrimination, inevitably, it will be able to make nonessential resource waste. Curently, because of the technology and unsuitable management, there are many kinds of malpractices in the process of medical waste treatment.?waste disposal medical entering the daily social life without safe disposing has been a intense reverberation in Chinese society.According to the country's law, the single-use syringe, transfusion apparatus and so on must be sterilizing and destructing locally. Autoclave and chemical disinfection are the basic methods to disposing waste disposable medical in the hospital, but both the two methods need mechanical crusher. In view of these malpractices,we design the disposal process of Oil bathing plastic medical waste by waste hot-pot oil ,based on the character of plastic medical waste. This disposal process intends to solve the problem of the sterilization and destruction cannot be operating at the same time. Combine with the features of Chongqing, the waste hot-pot oil can be the heat transfer medium of the disposal process. This method provides a new ideal of waste hot-pot oil disposing. it can reduce the cost of the process and make the waste hot-pot oil valuable.Furthermore, this essay is about oil bathing sterilizing process for medical waste which based on theoretical analysis and experimental verification, various interrelations of factors such as chamber temperature and sterilizing time were investigated. The relationships among the killing rate of bacillus stearothermophilus, thermal death time and temperature were formulated. The results of using the bacillus subtilis var. niger (ATCC9372) to validate the sterilization are according with the national legal standards. Moreover, oil bathing medical waste cannot ultimately solve the problem of medical waste disposal cause of it is only an intermediate link of medical waste treatment. Pyrolysis technology has considered a huge potential method in medical waste thermochemistry treatment. This technology development is depends on the researching on medical waste pyrolysis characteristics.Non-isothermal kinetic tests are carried out using a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) with N2 for thermal degradation of monocomponent medical waste, like polyethylene(PE),polyvinyl chloride polymer(PVC),hot-pot oil and a mixture of PE and hot-pot oil. According to TG/DTG curves taking account of sample information of main component. Mechanism analyzing of pyrolysis reaction reasonably explain and describe weight loss behavior of all samples. Coats-Redfern are used to determine the kinetics parameters on thermal degradation all samples.
