Sol-gel method is received as a new manufacturing technology widespread concern in the scientific research. Molecular imprinting technique is developed in recent years as a new analysis technology. By the template molecule and molecularly imprinted polymer interactions, it works for specific identification for separating and gathering target molecules.In the experiments, 17β-estradiol was prepared by a surface imprinting technique in combination with a sol-gel process. Overcoming the defects caused by traditional bulk polymerization methods. Sol-gel preparation process operating in mild conditions binding sites on the surface of silica gel for matrix, it can be fast recognition for template molecule and good results in adsorption.Firstly, silica gel is activated. Surface of activated silica gel has larger hydroxyl groups. 17β-E as template molecule, APTES as functional monomer and TEOS as crosslingking agent undertake hydrolysis condensation by sol-gel method.Si-O-Si rigid network structure connects to the surface of activated silica gel.The target molecules combining molecularly imprinted polymer are eluted. Specific identification to template molecule left in through the structure.Inspecting the ratio between template molecule and functional monomer,the synthesis of temperature, pH, strring time and other conditions for optimization template molecule is elution by choosing the best eluent and elution method. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) prepared is worked structure characterizations by SEM, IR and BET. Adsorption dynamics test and balance combined experimental are operated,inspecting the adsorption performance of 17β-E MIPs through the HPLC method analyzes its choose specific template molecular and structural template analogues cholesterol. And it is used by solid-phase extraction column packing surveying solid-phase extraction conditions and its recovery of milk sample adding standard samples.
