As the complexity of analysis object, to separate and detect the trace andultra-trace components of the complex matrix become a prominent problem. Themolecular imprinting technique(MIT) is a technology of the preparation ofmolecularly imprinted polymer, and it has the ability of special recognition. It is anemerging and developing technology which collects the advantages ofmacromolecular synthesis, molecular design, molecular recognition and bionicbioengineering. Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with recognition performancesimilar to that of natural antibodies, the target has a good adsorption selectivity,so itis widely used in the separation of trace and ultra-trace components in complexmatrix. Chemiluminescence is a radiation produced by a chemical reaction, and itwithout light、electricity、magnetism、raw、heat source under the condition ofexcitation. The chemiluminescence analysis method combined with other highefficient separation technology, these combination methods can improve theselectivity of chemiluminescence analysis, and promote the application of it incomplex sample analysis. In this research paper, in order to enrich and separate the trace components ofthe complicated composition samples, in particular chemiluminescence reaction, theMIT was combined with chemiluminescence phenomenon of chemical reactionsystem, take advantage of MIT’s ability of selective recognition and the ability of tocapture target molecules, we established several kinds of method to analysis singlecomponent in complex sample. Mainly in the following aspects of innovativeresearch.1. A molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by molecular imprintingtechnique using sulfanilamide as template molecule, epoxy resin as monomer, polyethylene glycol as hole agent and a large excess of diethy-lenetriamine as thecross-linking. This polymer was used to be the identification of sulfanilamidemolecular. In the chemiluminescence system of potassium permanganatesulfanilamide-formaldehyde, combined with flow injection analysis, established theanalysis method of sulfonamide selective molecularly imprinted chemiluminescencemethod. The method detection limit of6×10-8mol/L, the relative standard deviationfor5×10-5(mol/L of sulfanilamide was3.7﹪(n=11). The results showed that the imprinted polymer exhibited much higher affinity for sulfanilamide among thetested compounds, and the recovery results were satisfactory.2.Methyl parathion as template molecule, polyethylene glycol as a solvent, divinyl three amine as curing agent and polymerization of epoxy resin, preparaeda new kind of methyl parathion molecularly imprinted polymer monolithic column. The column as the molecular recognition element, should be connected to themobile chemiluminescence analysis system, used the chemiluminescence system ofpotassium permanganate and formaldehyde-methyl parathion, established thedetermination of methyl parathion molecularly imprinted chemiluminescenceanalysis method. The method can be used for the methyl parathion in grains. Methods linear in the range of2.0×10-65.0×10-5mol/L, according to the IUPACrules, the method detection limit of2.0×10-7mol/L.3. Using the chemiluminescence system of KMnO4-VB2-Na2S2O3, establishedthe determination of riboflavin selective flow injection-chemiluminescence analysismethod. The randomized trial was carried out in the Riboflavin solution of5.0×10-4g/L。The results that the relative standard deviation of this method is0.2%(n=7). At the same time, the Riboflavin content of Vitamin B2Tablets was bemeasurement by this method, and the outcome with satisfaction.4.Utilizing the resonance light scattering spectra and electronic absorptionspectrum to analysis and research the impact and mechanism with alizarin red-Al(Ⅲ)complex and BSA. A new method for determining trace amounts protein by probetechnique was developed, which uses alizarin red-Al(Ⅲ) complex and BSA as probe. The alizarin red-Al(Ⅲ) complex is strong strength effect to protein for forwardscattering peak of368nm. The method established can be used for the BAS ofArtificial mixed protein, and the maximum relative standard deviation is less than2%, recovery rate was95-101%.
