The logging while drilling apparatus was used to measure such as the pressure or temperature, then reported these data to the operator, the operator would change the drilling parameter and estimate the reservoir reserves. The crucial component was influenced by vibrating of the drill string while the well drilling was working. At this time, if some parts were damaged, logging would fail. So the vibration of the device analysis was useful for improving the vibration resistance, which would ensure the safe operation of the measuring means.Using ANSYS to build the finite element model of the drill string, based on the method of the finite element, we analyzed natural frequency of the extensional vibration and the transverse vibration for the drill string. We got the method which was taking different rotate speed and drilling rig at different depth to prevent the drill string resonance. And then we calculated the changes about the stress and displacement where the device was installed when the drill string was under shock. The finite element model of the device was established, and the intensity of the means under various loading and calculated safety factor was analyzed. Then we considered the vibration performance of the device via harmonic response analysis and transient response analysis, so we got the displacement and stress response. Based on the results, we checked whether the intensity of the threaded connection satisfied the design requirements or not, which was helpful for vibration resistance research.The finite element model of the circuit board was built. In order to check whether the model was right, we did the test. Via selecting different fixed and arrange method, we improved the natural frequency of the circuit board. We analyzed shock vibration of the circuit board and forecast the dangerous location of the circuit board to ensure safe running.Through the discussion, we got a few useful results. First we found the way to prevent the drill string's resonance and the information of the measuring device's vibrating. And then we obtain these results of the intension of the device while under static load or dynamic load were met requirements. All of these were useful for research of vibration resistance of the device.
