Mechanical systems and power units generate vibration and noise when subjected to external disturbances and loads,and also damage the system itself.Therefore,certain measures must be taken to reduce vibration and noise.The use of materials with better damping properties is an important measure for vibration reduction.Compared to metallic materials,carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin matrix composites have high damping properties.Therefore,the damping effect is better than that of the metal.In this paper,the damping effect of the fiber curve laying laminate is studied by studying the damping of the fiber curve laying laminate.The research content of this paper mainly includes:?1?Thirteen composite laminates were made by automatic fiber pleacement machine,and of which fibre curve laying laminates[<0|15>]8,[<15|30>]8,[<30|45>]8,[<45|60>]8,[<60|75>]8,[<75|90>]8 were laid by fibre curve laying laminates and fiber curve placement laminate[45/0/-45/<0|15>]s,[45/0/-45/<15|30>]s,[45/0/-45/<30|45>]s and[45/0/-45/<45|60>]s,and [45/0/-45/<60|75>]s,[45/0/-45/<75|90>]s and straight laminate[45/0/-45/90]s and complete the curing of each laminate according to the curing parameters of the prepreg.?2?By means of the three-phase element model of composite materials,the calculation method of damping factor of composite materials is elaborated in detail according to the mechanical parameters of matrix,interface and fiber and the principle of correspondence.The accuracy of the three-phase element model is elaborated in detail with the help of the calculation results in the literature,which fully illustrates the accuracy of the three-phase element model in the calculation of the damping ratio of composite laminates.Modal experiment analysis of fibre curved ply laminates shows that the measured damping ratio changes with the angle of fibre,which is consistent with the results of three-phase element model calculation.Simple harmonic vibration experiments were carried out on fibre curved sandwich laminates and straight-line laminates.The change of acceleration with time under the same external excitation force was measured.By comparing the magnitude of acceleration to explore the vibration reduction effect of fiber laid laminates and linear laid laminates at different angles,it is found that the amplitude of acceleration of simple harmonic response of laminates conforms to the changing trend of damping ratio.?3?Laminated panel modeling using Abaqus finite element software.Using Abaqus to discard fiber curved laminated panels into small units,And obtaining the coordinates and number of each cell.Calculation formula based on fiber curve placement angle,using matlab to write a program to calculate the angle of each unit.Using Python to write a program that imports the angle of each element into the model to complete the fiber curve placement finite element modeling.Abaqus was used to simulate the simple harmonic vibration characteristics of fiber curved sandwich laminates and linear sandwich laminates and output displacement nephograms.The displacement under the same load was compared and the vibration reduction effect was analyzed.Comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,the results are consistent.
