Electronic tag is one of the industries with great developmental potential in this century. It has been widely used in logistics and transportation and especially it is to replace the bar code in the retail field hopefully, with its greater efficient function. With all these benefits, yet it is not developing rapidly as it should have been. Electronic tag has hit a bottleneck on its way to prosperity, which is the cost of production. And the main cost of production depends on the primary package.Focusing on the cost reducing and functioning efficiency, the current design, referring to the existing equipment, developed a new hot-press curing module of the electronic tag packaging equipment. Firstly, the design used a fixing plate to absorb several hot-heads, which will save the usage of motors and facilitate the increasing and decreasing of the number of hot-heads and the regulation of coordination of the height, comparing to the equipment in the current market. Secondly, the design added a cylinder in the up hot-head to set a good solution of the pressure control. Thirdly, all of the hot-heads have joined a conditioning module, which is to use two mutually vertical planes to adjust the parallelism of the hot-head's workface, which is meeting the requirements of high mechanical precision.To ensure the scientificity and feasibility of the design, the finite element analysis and optimization of some key parts of the system were completed, which are the thermal analysis, hot-press curing chip's temperature analysis and the mode analysis describe in the paper. Some corrections were made to the presented design.Finally, the engineering drawings and its prototype were generated. The production process testing was carried out. The parameters were determined by testing, which contains three indicators: electrical property, mechanical property and readers'reading performance. And the last step, the sample testing and pass rate testing of batch production were completed.
