Press ring stripper is one of the key equipment of carbon anode assembly lines in thelarge electrolytic aluminum production enterprise.With the improvement of electrolyticaluminum production technology level and the continuous expansion of production,thedevelopment of a new high efficiency of press ring stripper has extremely importantpractical significance and broad market prospects.This paper used by small and medium-sized enterprises of press ring stripper whichwere Industry production automation degree is not high for structural analysis andoptimization design,completed on press ring stripper optimization and analysis of thefuselage structure.The basic structure and working principle of press ring stripper and The basicconcepts and methods of the finite element method were introduced in this paper.On thebasis of the original use of press ring stripper during their production through the analysisand study of the various conditions, structure optimization scheme is put forward, thepreliminary new fuselage structure are obtained.3D entity modeling using Pro/E, ANSYSWorkbench software as analysis tool, the framework of the fuselage simplified model forthe static and dynamic finite element calculation.After the static analysis of stress andstrain nephogram, and new optimization measures are put forward according to the resultsof the analysis. Through the modal analysis is given first six fuselage vibration naturalfrequency and the corresponding vibration mode, and the results are analyzed andevaluated.Press ring stripper optimization scheme is proposed in this paper.After structureoptimization is verified by finite element analysis of press ring stripper meet required toproduce the strength and stiffness, the overall dynamic performance is also very stable.
