| The ultimate goal of product design is to meet the requirements of the customers. With the progress of science and technology, the user puts forward all kinds of personalized requirements of the product's performance, which not only make product multidisciplinary, collaborative design optimization knowledge become inevitable, in order to meet these requirements of personalized products,the design and optimization process are also different. Therefore, user requirements of the product's performance make the design not the beginning or the end of the line, but throughout the entire product design and optimization process. How to chanslate the product's performance of user for knowledge, how to comprehensive utilize the multi-disciplinary performance knowledge to drive the entire product design and optimization process, has a great significance on improving the product qualityThis paper, through studying product design theory and performance driven multidisciplinary optimization theory (MDO), analyzing on various MDO process, on this basis, combining both, and then given out the performance driven MDO method of working principle and working process.Using knowledge processing technology on the transformation of performance knowledge, making the user requirements of performance mapping into design knowledge,product design scheme, and the control strategy of optimized design process, so as to realize performance driven the entire product design and optimization process.We adopts the VC, ANSYS WorkBench and ISIGHT tools integrating the analysis software such as ANSYS, FLUENT, CFX and so on, established MDO software platform for optimization of bag filter performance .Finally, take the optimization of flower board of bag filter for example to verify performance driven MDO method is feasible and performance driven MDO software platform is maneuverability. |
