| This paper implements the integrity evaluation of natural gas pipeline by designing the natural gas pipeline evaluation model driven by knowledge, whitch provides the warning and preventive measures for the existence of high-risk pipeline according to the evaluation result.In view of the natural gas pipeline integrity evaluation, the domestic always adopts risk evaluation which uses traditional Kent evaluation or only assesses pipeline risk and high consequence areas separately without a combination. This paper makes an integrity evaluation of natural gas pipeline based on natural gas pipeline integrity evaluation model driven by knowledge. According to a research of natural gas pipeline failure factors, the author makes a Kent evaluation model based on Poicare model and entropy method, which classifies the third party risk factors, corrosion factors, wrong operation factors and design factors into subjective factors and objective factors. It uses entropy method to analyze the proportion of subjective factors and objective factors that are processed by Poicare model and then assesses the pipeline risk of the processed results. Based on “the Gas Transmission Pipeline Engineering Design Specifications†and “the Pipeline High Consequence Areas Identification Rulesâ€, this paper finally makes an integrity evaluation of natural gas pipeline according to the results of natural gas pipelines risk evaluation and high consequence areas.The establishment of natural gas pipeline integrity data management model ensures the reliability of the data in this evaluation and the integrity evaluation of natural gas pipeline driven by knowledge makes the results more scientific and reasonable as well as close to the true values of the evaluation. |
