TX-V inclined bed machine is used for processing large nuclear power blades, machine has higher requirements of working accuracy and the dynamic performance of the machine tool directly affects the processing precision and cutting efficiency, thus increasing machine tool for improving the dynamic performance of the processing performance is of great significance.In this thesis, we take TX-V inclined bed machine as the research object, using autodesk inventor to do reasonable simplified for the machine tools, leave out some not important parts of the machine and complete the machine three-dimensional entity modeling. The finite element model is established after be imported to ABAQUS, and make the static stiffness analysis and modal analysis and harmonic response analysis for machine tool.Static stiffness analysis key research spindle center after loading, static deformation analysis results obtained by different directions, and the deformation of convective static stiffness for each direction.Modal analysis of get TX-V machine before 12 order natural frequency and vibration mode, are analyzed, the results of the weak parts found machine, vibration and improvement of the weak parts can improve the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine.Harmonic response analysis in harmonic force get machine under the action of displacement each direction spindle speed, and the peak, optimize the peak corresponding avoid displacement frequencies, eliminating vibration, the improvement of the machining accuracy.The chatter of cutting altintas issues, use frequency domain stability algorithms of altintas, draw the flutter stability leaf disc chart and the method is validated and analysis, based on this, optimizing spindle radial and axial cutting depth parameters such as cutting depth, make the resection rate is the largest.
