Based on coal roadway support on the coal of Jiangxi Qujiang as engineering background, proposing utilization vertical and horizontal bending theory analysis the phenomenon and mechanism of separation on great horizontals stress in depth thickness compound roof, the theory suggests that because the difference of flexural stiffness for each of strata in the thickness compound roof, cause difference of strata's bending level, eventually leading to the roof strata have separation's phenomenon, and point out that the horizontal stress can make thickness compound roof's bending level increasing, the scope of roof separation Larger.Using FLAC3D software simulates seam line number in the thickness compound roof for the stability of surrounding coal roadway. in substance coal roadway, or in the coal pillar, with the coal line's number of the thickness compound roof, roof subsidence and deformation of roadway significant increasing ,in crosswise direction of the compound roof clear separation and the radius of plastic zone surrounding rock increases evidently, the peak stress of two sides roadway farther from the roadway. For different size of the coal pillar influence on stability of the surrounding rock, and in the mining gateway, the influence of fixed bearing's pressure, roof subsidence and deformation of surrounding rocks increasing significantly.Analyzing the failure cause of supporting that 212 working face's ventilation tunnel in Jiang-xi Qujiang coal. The roadway support should be based on high strength and pre-stressed bolt as supporting technology, improve the bending level, and then in the top and bottom corner arrangement truss cable in the direction of 450, and arrange strength cable in the center line of roof, the anchor zone and overlying strata become integration. With the united protection of bolt, cable and bolting wire mesh, improve the stability of surrounding rock, and finally to control the deformation of surrounding rock. Using new support technology and then supervision the deformation of tunnel, the results show that supporting effectiveness significance, the roadway stable, to achieve of expectation.This article obtains the NSFC (51074071) funding.
