In this paper, tungstate with regularly morphologies and structures weresynthesized using anodic oxidation by changing the voltage, time, temperature, concentration in the different electrolytes. Photoluminescence properties of preparedtungstate were also investigated.1. Crystallized CaWO4 films with tetragonal phase were fabricated by anodizationin saturated Ca(OH)2 solution. A set of anodization experiments were carried out inorder to investigate the influential factors on the morphology of calcium tungstatesurface. The experimental results show that a blue-green emission peak at 300nm-600 nm was obtained with excitation light of 250 nm. And the CaWO4 filmprepared by anodization of tungsten at 45℃and 20 V for 40 min were uniform, dense, and had the best relative emission strength.2. Crystallized SrWO4 films with tetragonal phase were fabricated by constantvoltage anodization in Sr(OH)2 solution. The influences of reaction time, voltage, temperature and electrolyte concentration on morphology and photoluminescenceproperties of SrWO4 films were analyzed. The experimental results show that ablue-green emission peak at 320 nm-420 nm was obtained with excitation light of 200nm. And the results show that SrWO4 films with uniform, dense, large particles andhigh emission intensity were prepared in appropriate voltage, temperature, and lowelectrolyte concentration, while excess voltage, temperature or concentration madedefects increase and relative intensity of emission decrease.3. Crystallized BaWO4 films with tetragonal phase were fabricated by constantvoltage anodization in Ba(OH)2 solution. The influences of reaction time, voltage, temperature and electrolyte concentration on morphology and photoluminescenceproperties of BaWO4 films were analyzed. The experimental results show that a blue-green emission peak at 300 nm-600 nm was obtained with excitation light of 200nm.
