Styerene is the production of plastics and synthetic rubber in important basic organic raw materials. Mainly for the production of polystyrene can also be used for the preparation of a styrene-butadiene rubber, maleate-styrene-butadiene rubber, maleate-styrene block copolymers, unsaturated polyester.As ethylene economic development after 2000, domestic styrene industry entered a rapid development stage, the market demand to expand ceaselessly, scale of production has become the market competitiveness mainly, styrene technical links in the increasingly fierce competition, especially foreign production technology, from raw materials, energy consumption, stability and other aspects over the centuries have been improved and innovation, as the technology use, only in-depth understanding of the current development, can we truly in the future technology development, application and innovation advantage.This article is a distillation process of ethylbenzene styrene unit process design. Relying on our company to build 320,000 tons/year styrene plant technology, the use of liquid ethylbenzene alkylation Preparation, separation and then direct catalytic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene styrene production technology process, completed by theoretical calculations of ethylbenzene distillation unit process, piping and equipment selection and design, on the one hand familiar with the construction project process design package, the other by checking the results of our original 27,000 tons/year styrene plant.
