As a high gas coal mine, the 102 coalface of Tianchi Coal Mine not only has high gas, but also has the spontaneous combustibility because of serious air leakage, its both sides are goafs called the isolated island working face. Now how to solve the goaf air leakage and prevent goaf spontaneous combustion and gas explosion in Tianchi Coal Mine is a question which urgently waits to be solved. In order to solve this problem we test ventilation-flux of the 102 working face, gas concentration and oxygen concentration of Tianchi Coal Mine, and do spontaneous combustion experiments and thermogravimetric experiments in coal sample. Form the spontaneous combustion experiments, we get the conclusion that in the initial temperature of 30℃under the experimental conditions the minimum period of spontaneous combustion is 71 days, and the critical temperature is 80 90℃, and the dry temperature is 100 120℃, and the activation temperature is about 210℃; With the rise of the coal'temperature, the heat intensity of coal'oxidation begins to increase. When the temperature is less than the critical temperature, the oxidation rate is slow; when the temperature is more than the critical temperature, the oxidation rate speeds up; when the temperature is more than dry temperature, the oxidation rate increases dramatically. Besides, form the analysis of the experiment, we identify features gas of Tianchi Coal Mine, and we know that the gas target can reflect the characteristics of Tianchi Coal Mine's temperature. All targets of the gas is about 70 80℃, and the gas concentration changes suddenly such as CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C3H8.The variation of the C3H8/C2H6 and CH4/C2H6 is maximum. When the coal's temperature is more than 100 120℃,the content of the C2H4 and CO2 continues to rise and the ratio of the erne alkyl reduces gradually. This can be forecast through the comparison of the level of the coal gas's spontaneous combustion and the gas target.By the analysis of thermogravimetric experiment, we know that in the stage of dehydrate weightlessness and oxidation weight increase, the inhibition foam have a good effect on the resistance of the coal in Tianchi Coal Mine. After using the inhibition foam, the activation energy of coal in the two stages also increase, in dehydrate weightlessness stage its numerical value increase from 40.6659kJ/mol to 66.2982kJ/mol and in the oxidation weight stage the value became from 76.6993kJ/mol to 116.2981 kJ / mol. Finally, in the base of dates of Tianchi Coal Mine we simulate the goaf and get spontaneous three zones. Summarizing the above research we get a process method to fill the inhibition foam. After using this method we achieve good results against fire, and the method provide a technical support for the safety of the 102 working face in Tianchi Coal Mine.
