Agricultural non-point source pollution is the most important and most widely distributed non-point source pollution, referring to the soil particles, soil organic material, fertilizer, pesticides and so on carried by rain into the river, all of the above cause water pollution. The main source of Agricultural non-point source pollution concludes fertilizer for agricultural production, pesticides, loss of livestock sewage in rural areas, rural sewage, garbage pollution and so on, which bear some characteristics such asrandomness, uncertainty of discharge point, great change of pollution load of time and space, relatively stagnant place and ambiguous and potentially strong and so on. It's difficult for us to conduct the non-point source pollution monitoring and management. In which the process of agricultural production, excessive application of chemical fertilizer and livestock waste treatment irrational agricultural non-point source pollution is currently the most important part, which is the subject of attention in this study.On the basis of the theories of economic growth, ecological economics, environmental economics and farmers behavior, this study the agricultural non-point source pollution control in modern agriculture and new rural construction, one of the key links on the basis of judgments, respectively, from a macro and micro perspective Lixia River regional agricultural non-point source pollution control mechanisms to explore reform and improvement, specifically including the current Lixia River regional agricultural non-point source pollution, described the current situation, on this basis, to the town of Ge Wu cases, to research based on data from the perspective of farmers farming on agricultural non-point source pollution generated by micro-mechanism analysis, combined with overseas experience and practice should be straightened out and summed up, from the perspective of the transformation of traditional agriculture, to establish and perfect the next years River area of agricultural non-point source pollution control mechanism of micro-theoretical and empirical support.Finally, based on the findings of the study, this paper give us some effective policy countermeasures to solve the problems of agriculture non-point pollution in the area of Lixia River.
