In the research, multi-antibacterial masterbatch is obtained by putting multi-antibacterial powder, the mixture of Ag~+, nano-titanium dioxide and tourmaline powder, to polymer carrier slice. With the help of melt spinning method, multi-antibacterial polyamide fibers with different additional ratio of 1%, 1.5% and 2% are got. Based on the methods of electron microscope scan and energy spectrum test, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, infrared spectroscopy and so on, the structure and properties of the multi-antibacterial polyamide fibers are studied, and the test results show that multi-antibacterial powder has a certain effect to the structure and performance of fibers. When the addition ratio is equal to or lower than 1.5%, the crystallinity decreases, and when the addition ratio is higher than 1.5%, the crystallinity increases. The maximum breaking strength is in a positive relationship with crystallinity, on the other hand, the change of moisture regain is in an inverse relationship with crystallinity. The effect of multi-antibacterial powder on the melting enthalpy is consistent with the changes of crystallinity, but it exercises little effect on the melting and initial decomposition temperature, that is, it has little effect on the thermal stability. IR spectrum test results show that multi-antibacterial powder has little effect on the macromolecular structure.Fibers with multi-antibacterial powder have good antibacterial, far infrared and negative emission features, and the heavy metal content of them is far lower than the state standard, generally speaking, they are safe and harmless to human body. The inhibition rate of multi-antibacterial polyamide fiber with 2% multi-antibacterial powder is more than 99% against Staphulococcus aureus, Uscherichia coli and Candida albicans, comparing with general polyamide fiber, the far infrared normal emissivity of fiber is enhanced by 8%, and the concentration of negative oxygen ion of fiber is up to 4170/m~3.The research designs two weaving fabrics for shirts and two knitting fabrics for underwear, with the method of waving or blending multi-antibacterial polyamide fibers with cotton, and analyses the performance and versatility of them. All four fabrics show good wearability and versatility performance.
