The technology of wastewater treatment with discharge plasma is an integrative technology of physicochemical effect which possesses ozone, oxygen free radical, ultraviolet solution and high-energy electron bombardment, which has high treatment efficiency in dealing with pollutant in the water that can not be treated by traditional water treatment. The technology of wastewater treatment with discharge plasma has plenty of advantages, such as, high disposal efficiency, fluency reaction and non-secondary pollution. With the continuous development on the study for the technology of wastewater treatment with discharge plasma, the time for its practical application is shorter and shorter. Measurement and control for the process engineering of wastewater treatment with discharge plasma should be brought into the process of technology research and development step by step, therefore, it's necessary to promote the research on the measurement and control system of wastewater treatment with discharge plasma. The paper took aim at designing, simulating and developing the measurement and control circuits for key parameters that showed in the wastewater treatment process engineering. The results of research are as following:1. Principle of wastewater treatment with discharge plasma and feature of the process engineering is anglicized. A overall design proposal about intelligent measurement and control system of wastewater treatment with discharge plasma that adopt the distributed control system (DCS) based on RS485 bus is established. In this project, the there layer distributed control system is presented by assembling PC, MCU and adjust circuit. Three measurement and control circuits of key parameters including electrical parameters, water parameters and gas parameters are designed, which realized the measurement and control of key parameters in wastewater treatment with discharge plasma.2. A Non-sinusoidal of power frequency power measuring module based on Quasi-synchronous sampling algorithm is designed, which adopts weighted average method in accelerating the operation, and solves the problem of the discharge power measurement; Measuring method of using bipolar pulsed voltage of adjustable frequency as the excitation have been used to weaken the polarization effect and capacitance effect that influence the measuring results of conductivity in the measurement circuit of conductivity; Using a constant current source as the excitation and four wire balance connection in resistance temperature detector of PT100 have reduced the solution temperature measurement errors.3. According to the character of the water flow measurement and control system, a method of water flow measurement and control based on turbine flow meters, stepping motor and improved electric valve was raised in water flow measuring circuits; According to the character of the gas flow measurement and control system, a gas flow measurement and control circuit controlling mass flow controller was designed in gas flow measuring circuit.4. Lower controller based ATMEGA128 MCU is developed to control the multi channel signal conditioning circuit; The upper computer monitoring software of the measurement and control system based on Lab VIEW is developed, that realize many functions, such as, long-range control of the system, data's further conversion, real-time curve and operating data display.
