It is used that scientific ecological restoration techniques on the ecological system to be intervened and make it become an available natural maintain system.The conclusion of the paper can provide scientific support for ecological environment restoration and benefits the sustainable development of social economy.Investigating the present situation of the ecological environment of Jinei coal base in Shanxi Province and combing the social and economic development the governor can choice the appropriate repair technology to repair the damaged ecosystem. Make it possible to realize the degraded ecosystem to right succession.Realizing the combination between "3S" technology and ecological restoration techniques, it is not only conforming to the development of ecological restoration technology research trend and expanding the "3S" technology application fields, in a certain sense,but also enriching its connotation expanding the ecological restoration techniques vision.Ecological restoration techniques play a vital role in national, regional ecological environment and sustainable development of society and economy, and future using resources reasonably.
