Oils such as mechanical lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, cutting oil, etc for long-term operation, bulging or degradation etc. inevitably lead to oil emulsification metamorphism and scrap ,In the day of facing oil resources being drying up increasingly,recycling the waste emulsification oil is so important that it not only can save oil resources,but also protect environment from pollution.In various demulsification method, Using ultrasonic as the external field gradually getting attention . In the dispersed phase particles under the action of sound waves Dispersed phase particles motion rule have great Important significance for the mechanism of particles accumulation. This article introduces the design of virtual emulation experimentalsystem of dispersed phase droplet movement under the action of Water-Hammer Standing Wave Field based on Labview. it can achieve the virtual emulation experimental system through establishing mathematical model. Under the different parameters condition draw the particle trajectory. The main tasks of this paper are as follows:(1)Design and development a set for water hammer harmonic demulsification simulation system Based on the labview . In computer environment simulation the dispersed phase particles state of motion, and display demulsification process of The dispersed phase droplet accumulation Intuitively by using graphical interface form. For the thorough discussion of various structural parameters on the water attack the influence of harmonic broken breast laid a foundation.(2)Based on the labview Simulation system , Analyzed the Main influencing factors of the dispersed phase particles coalescence under the action of water hammer satnding wave field. Under the different parameters condition draw the particle trajectory. When the dispersed phase droplet size from 100 muon m to 400 mu m gradually increases, the droplet motion reach equilibrium position from 3000s gradually reduce time for 50s Simulation results show that the particles would be accumulated after a certain period, and the particle speed is a symmetrical distribution, the It is obviouse that the dispersed phase particle size and initial speed of continuous phase influence on the particle trajectories, When the frequency of a wave struck in more than 10KHz, the time of droplet gathered as frequency increases. (3) By Building a water hammer satnding wave demulsification experimental platform , Write data acquisition program ,validate the simulation of demulsification parameters under the water hammer satnding wave . Firstly preparation different oil emulsion and study it's stability,then choosing 46 # turbine oil configuration W/O emulsion as the water hammer satnding wave field experimentalverification oil. In experimental conditions, do single factor experiment , Droplet preferably coalescence conditions as follows: water hammer harmonic amplitude1.5 MPa, frequency, 10KHz, temperature 20℃, viscosity 0.002 Pa·s.Experimental results show that time of the dispersed phase moving to the balance position anastomosis to the simulation analysis , Error of 7 percent .Experimental results verified that using water hammer harmonic treat emulsified oil has certain effect,thus enriched water-oil separation method system...
