As the requirements of oil resources increased in the world, the oil which was polluted in the using process is extremely easy to form Water-in-oil emulsion, And that is called W/O emulsion. The W/O emulsion would reduce the physico-chemical properties making the oil abandoned. If the W/O emulsion was burned or dumped, it will be wasting the resources and polluting the environment seriously. Therefore,the control of W / O emulsion pollution is a major issue in front of experts.At present, many domestic and foreign scholars put forward many methods for breaking emulsion including physical and chemical. But these methods have some bottle necks by themselves, such as pertinence intensively, re-pollution produced and raw materials obtained difficultly and so on. Thus this article , which is with 46 # turbine oil W/O emulsion as research object, is proposed using the velocity of the emulsion changed to produced standing wave of water hammer,which is a emulsion breaking method, called water-hammer demulsification method. a green demulsification method is provided for future W/O demulsification, riched the broken breast method system.First, the paper discusses the principle of water-hammer formated, at the same time,it derivates the velocity of water-hammer,and,comparing with the single-phase flow harmonic velocity which is widely used, proves the calculation of two-phase flow water-hammer velocity in this paper is not only for the single-phase water-ham- mer wave speed's calculation, according to the forces of dispersed phase droplets in W / O emulsion, one-dimensional two-phase flow model and dynamic model of dispersed droplets in the harmonic field of water-hammer was established in W/O emulsion. The model above was numerical soluted with MATLAB7.5.And the trajectories of dispersed droplets, velocity law of dispersed droplets and the influence of velocity in dispersed droplets was analyzed.The time and speed that dispersed droplets to the notes of wave are tested and verified by the experiments respectively . On the one hand,the analysis of images of before and after harmonic demulsification with image acquisition system showed that maximum droplets in the notes appear in 200s.And the relative error is 6.4%.On the other hand, average speed in the experimenti 4.6×10-4 m/s, and the relative error is 4.3% .They are coincided with the results of simulation and validate the model.Then, on the basis of the kinetic assays of dispersed phase droplet in water hammer harmonic field in the W/O emulsion, it revealed the mechanisms of water hammer harmonic field broken breast: The movement process of dynamic behavior of dispersed phase droplet in water hammer harmonic field in the W/O emulsion is as follows: migrated- gathered - collided - coalescence .It means that Formed the big droplets in the nodes. and separated in oil under the effect of gravity.So as to achieve the purpose of demulsification. On the one hand,the accumulation in the nodes of harmonic field water- hammer with wave radiation force which dispersed droplets suffered, On the other hand, the coalescence is realized by the measurement of force in wave radiation,the speed of change and drag force.On the basis of dynamic analysis and mechanism research of demulsification of water-hammer harmonic. In the W/O emulsion,according to the effect of emulsion which is caused by the size of dispersed phase droplets, harmonic frequency of water-hammer, the change of pressure in demulsification pipe and so on.Technology process of harmonic demulsification in water-hammer is designed.And it provides a theoretical basis for the actual project which uses demulsification method of water-hammer harmonic.
