The Planning And Control Of XIDAGOU Advanced Wastewater Treatment Project Of Ansteel

Water is the source of life and the basis of emergence and development of humancivilization. The water crisis has always been a serious danger to national security, and China's water crisis has drawn worldwide attention. How to ensure water safety, including water safety, water environmentsafety and water ecology safety, and the sustainable use of water resources so as to support sustainable economic and social development, has become one of the most important development problems. Anshan Iron and Steel Company(Ansteel)is located in a severe water shortage area. With the constant deepening of the equipment and technologies update and expansion project,Ansteel will be facing more serious watershortage crisis. In order to protect and utilize water resources more efficiently, improve the water circulation rate and reduce indicators of fresh water consumption per ton,only the focus of Ansteel is shifted on the wastewater reuse and treatment, that is, the reuse and advanced treatment of wastewater, i.e.finding alternatives to underground water,which is now already being discharged according to relevant standards, water consumption bereduced.XIDAGOU Wastewater Treatment Plant of Ansteel mainly deals with secondary treatment of factory wastewater and sanitary sewage of the western Amsteel plant area. The advanced waste water treatment which is based on the sencondary treatment, not only is economicallyfeasible,but also can resolve the issue of massive effluents from Ansteel. Effluents afteradvanced wastewater treatment can also be used instead of underground water. In order to resolve the water shortage crisis, the need for XIDAGOU advanced wastewater treatment and reuse project is urgent.At present, with feasibility analysis and preliminary design completed, the project is being implemented. This thesis mainly discuss the planning and control of XIDAGOU advanced wastewater treatment project of Ansteel.First of all,according to the status ofinternational and domestic water resources and comprehensive reuse of wastewater,researchideas,main contents and main research methods are sorted out.The basic theory,main methods and basic elements of project management are outlined.And the natural condition and history of XIDAGOU wastewater treatment plant are introduced.Then with the overview of XIDAGOU advanced wastewater treatment project given, based on project management theory,the project schedule,its quality plan, cost plan, safety and environmental protection plan etc are formulated,and this provide the implemention of the project with basis andguarantee.Finally,on the basis of XIDAGOU wastewater advanced treatment project plan,feasible control measures was put forward so as to control the process and ensure the realization of the targets of the project and this will benefit similar projects.
