Since 1970s, plutella xylostella has become in Southeast Asia one of the main insect pests,each year worldwide for prevention of. DBM cost as much as $1 billion. At present the main use of chemical pesticides to plutella xylostella prevention, but these pesticide will not only environmental pollution, still can cause plant phytotoxicity and waste of resources, and if incorrectly used, also easily lead to human and animal poisoning. In order to reduce the negative influence of chemical pesticides, this thesis developed the Compound KuBu microemulsion, and micro emulsion system and quality standard of formula test for its research, application and promotion in agriculture laid a good foundation.The ethanol extraction process of Sophora, Toosendan and Stemona was optimized by the orthogonal design. According to the physical and chemical properties of Medicine, the crude extracts of Sophora and Toosendan were purified by 732-type positiveion exchange colophony and D101 macroporous resin. The results showed that the method is simple, stable quality control, suitable for industrial production.The Formula composition of the Compound KuBu microemulsion was determined by the Virulence activity test and orthogonal design. LC50 concentration of killing the diamondback moth the extracts of Sophora, Toosendan and Stemona were determined by pest-dropping method, and the best mixture ratio of three extracts was determined by the orthogonal design; the amount and type of Formula accessories can be determined with suitable emulsifier and Solutizer. The results showed that the extracts of Sophora, Toosendan and Stemona showed good insecticidal activity, and the mixture, when in ratio of 1:1:2(Sophora:Toosendan:Stemona), is better than killing a single extract. The Formulation is low in Toxicity and production cost, and good in environment adaptability.The stability of the Compound KuBu microemulsion was determined by examining the stability of emulsion, the time stability, the heat storage stability, the low temperature stability, pH range, etc.The results show that the stability of the technical indicators in line with national regulations on pesticides EC.The TLC condition of Sophora, Toosendan and Stemona. in the Compound KuBu microemulsion was founded by screening of methods extraction, solvent extraction and developing solvent. The results show that the method is simple, rapid, reproducible, and reliable; The RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of mtrine in the Compound KuBu microemulsion. The results show that the method is accurate, reliable, and Can be used as the basis for the quality control. We studied out the quality standard draft of the Compound KuBu microemulsion.It provided scientific basis for the development and application of the Compound KuBu microemulsion.
