The Study Of Preparation Procedure And Quality Standard For Tangzhiyi Tablets

Objective: ① To establish the preparation procedure of Tangzhiyi Tablets; ②To establish the quality standard of Tangzhiyi Tablets。Methods: ①extraction procedure: Use flavone and ethanol extraction as index to select the optimum ethanol extration process by single factor design and orthogonal design method; Use polysaccharide and water extraction as index to select the optimum water extration process; clarification procedure: Use high-speed centrifugal method and clarification agent to select the optimum refining process; formation procedure: Astraglionych herb power as material, use the angle of repose,pile-density, formation and disintergration of tablets to select the optimum formation process. ②quality standard: the quality standard of Tangzhiyi Tablets was identified by TLC and HPLC.Result: ①preparation procedure: add 14 times amount of 50% alcohol into Hawthorn, reflux-extracting for 2 times 1.5 hours each time, recover ethanol and centrifuge; add 12 times amount of water into Astraglionych, Coptidis rhizoma and Radix Rehmanniae, reflux-extracting for 2 times 1 hour, the liquid was condensed into the ratio of 1:4 comparing to the medical material, Adding B8A4 amount of ZTC clarification agent, the liquid was heated in the 80℃ water for 1 hour; combine with ethanol extraction and concentrate, get the solid extract by drying; adding 1/20 of Astralionych herb power comparing to crude material, the pellet were...
