Gold is a popular precious metals, it has a very strong oxidation and corrosion resistance, and have good physical properties and high chemical stability, so gold are widely used in all industries.The gold ore resources which easy to process along with the world in reduce day by day, Carlin-type gold mining and refractory use has become increasingly important. Because of the nature of the special card types, it can't be good use. In this paper, the nature of the gold card types, characteristics has been introduced,and do studies on the Carlin-type gold deposits in detail the process mineralogy,the grade of this gold is 4.79 g/t.Mainly in the isomorphous and particulate gold in the form of endowed presence of pyrite, arsenopyrite, this part of the gold account for 85.3%,pyrite and arsenopyrite as the main gold-mineral,In the form of gold wrapped in carbonate, clay and quartz and other minerals accounted for 14.7%.For the ore characteristics, we decided to use cyanide for gold extraction testing method.Since the Carlin-type gold ore for cyanide leaching process contains harmful elements such as carbon, sulfur, arsenic, etc. In comparing the ore leaching, roasting leaching, flotation and then roasting leaching after three treatment methods, we choose a third preferred method.We taken fine grinding before the flotation and enhanced activation in the flotation,considering the case of recovery when we got the gold concentrate.We taken fine grinding before the flotation and enhanced activation in the flotation, considering the case of recovery when we got the gold concentrate. In order to study poly folder gangue flotation process for the role of gold, especially gold-bearing gangue minerals of a separate flotation test conditions, experimentalresults verify its good results to improve gold recovery.Experiment with sodium carbonate as a pH adjusting agent, sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitors, copper sulphate as activator, black butyl xanthate and amine drugs do joint collect. The use of a roughing flotation process twice selected three scavenging. The ultimate recovery rate of gold ore is 87.09% and the gold grade of concentrate is 27.46g/t.Roasting leaching tests to determine the optimal conditions for the test:roasting time 2h, calcination temperature 700℃, liquid-solid ratio 3:1, NaCN dosage of 8kg/t, lime dosage of 30kg/t, leaching time 8h, the ultimate total recovery of gold extraction obtained to 84.86%.
