NaClO leaching Carlin-type gold deposit is an effective, economical and pollution-free Non cyanide leaching gold is method. this paper aims to explore two methods about NaClO leaching Carlin-type gold deposit. The first experiment is NaClO leaching gold, which explores the gold leaching results on such conditions as different concentrations,pH,temperatures and stir speeds through stirring, and summarize the rule.Obtained by electrochemical experiments the optimum process conditions : sodium hypochlorite concentration was 0.75mol·L-1,temperature was 35 degrees Celsius, pH for 13, stirring speed was 700r·min-1.The second goes to Electrochemical research, which aims to measure and calculate the gold anodic dissolution Polarization curve of NaClO at different concentrations, PH, temperatures and stir speeds. After that, the curve would be matched with Tafel curve and get corrosion potential, corrosion current and linear polarization resistance. Finally, we could summarize the rule about how NaClo dissolves gold on different conditions.Obtained by leaching experiment the optimum process conditions :sodium hypochlorite concentration was 0.75mol·L-1,temperature was 35 degrees Celsius, pH for 12, stirring speed was 500r·min-1.Through the mutual proofs of electrochemical experiment and leached object, we could know that the gold corrosion rate in electrochemical experiment and the gold corrosion rate would rise, while the increase of gold leaching rate is unobvious. When the stirring speed gets faster, the gold corrrosion rate would also increase, while the change of gold leaching rate is not big.
