Nickel sulfate pentahydrate is an important inorganic chemicals which is widely used in chemical industry and electronic industry, as well as battery industry. With the rapid development of electronic industry, the demand for refined NiSO4.6H2O used in every business is increasing year after year and the quality of NiSO4.6H2O is more and more high. Some factory of our country used nickel P-Pellets as raw material all the time, the price of nickel P-Pellets is high and raw material suppled by foreign country. In this paper, we used nickel metal and nickel P-Pellets without sulfur as material, preparated refined NiSO4.6H2O. The nickel dissolve in sulfuric acid solution is analysed, and the nickel sulfate solution is crystallizated, preparated qualified refined NiSO4.6H2O.In this paper, we used nickel metal and nickel P-Pellets as raw material. The acidity of sulfuric acid, the of temperature of sulfuric acid solution and the content of hydrogen peroxide were examined for the influence of the nickel dissolving rate by traditional heating. Meanwhile, microwave heating speed, for some chemical reaction have a catalytic effect and other characteristics.Nickel metal and nickel P-Pellets were dissolve in sulfuric acid solution by microwave heating. The acidity of sulfuric acid, the of temperature of sulfuric acid solution and the content of hydrogen peroxide were examined for the influence of the nickel dissolving rate. The passivation in nickel sulfuric acid solution was analysis by domestic and foreign scholars behavior research, but scholars had different perspectives. Some foreign scholars' research think the nickel of H2 molecule has a special absorption ability. For this idea, used material studio molecules simulation software simulate the First-principles of nickel adsorption of H2 molecular, built the simulation model of nickel adsorption of H2 molecular. Separately calculated the H2 molecules adsorpte in nickel (100), (110), (111) at the cave, bridge, top position. The best adsorption structure of each surface has been optimized, calculated the maximum absorption.The nickel adsorption of H2 molecular before and after surface electronic structure is analyzed. Under microscopic discusses the H2 molecular keys long before and after adsorption, the changed of various geometric parameters.The process of crystallization is very important for refined nickel sulfuric. In this paper, the nucleation and growth mechanism of crystallization solution were analyzed and summarized. The effect of initial concentration, crystallization temperature, crystallization time, cooling rate, the amount of addition crystallization seed and the temperayure of seed addition for the particle size and size distribution of refined nickel sulfuric.The best crystallization process conditions of refined nickel sulfuric has obtained. The quality of products reasch the standards of electroplating level of refined sulfuric acid. The particle size and size distributionof refined sulfuric acid for all accord with manufacturer.
