Large mounts exhaust, whose temperature is about 80℃and relative humidity is 100% may produce during drying and other industrial process. After purified, the exhaust became the mixture of air and water vapor in low-temperature, because the energy savor is lower than the enterprise, is emitted into the atmosphere always. It looks like white smoke from outside, which just like the exhaust emitted by industry. Water vapor in low-temperature contains large waste heat, and make pollution to the environment by making the air temperature higher.In this paper, according to the test and analysis zinc kiln slag drying exhaust emissions'component of a metallurgical enterprise, study the low temperature water vapor emission reduction mechanism, develop a new highly efficient cascade reduction process system with mural type exchanger and air source heat pump. The working process is the water vapor in low-temperature is introduced to heat exchanger, is condensed firstly, produce hot water, and then the water vapor in low-temperature is introduced to air source heat pump evaporator is condensed again, and produce hot air. Base on the single factor experiment, design RSM experiments. We Choose the flow of cooling water, heat pump evaporator area and heat pump condenser flow speed as factors and study different kinds of factors'influence to heat transfer.The results show the experimental factor and heat transfer fit quadratic equation model. After analyzing the significant and interaction influence of each factor, we got the best process parameter: the flow of cooling water is 83.58 ml/s, the heat-exchange area of heat pump evaporator is lm2,-the condenser flowing speed is 3m/s.In these conditions the actual heat transfer of cascade recovery system is 11641.27J.The water vapor which condensate by evaporator and other not coagulate neutral gas whose dew point can be calculated through the calculating enthalpy wet figure under 80.8kp pressure is 10-11.5℃.They are all lower than environment temperature 24℃and can be emitted to the atmosphere by chimney.The system' efficiency is 64.38%.
