Grassland ecological environment remote sensing monitoring system is a decision support system, which provides decision support for policy makers through multi-temporal vegetation remote sensing data processing, analysis, and visualization of expressing. According to the information provided by the system, many decisions for the grassland ecological environment change, resources development, production, construction and so on can be made. In this system, the map service is the basis for all analysis. Therefore, the speed and quality of the service data update play a vital part in the ecological environment remote sensing monitoring system.Spatial data management and application on network platform are related to map services, as the basic for the application, the speed and quality of the service updates are the focus of the application. Traditional services updating is achieved by manual semi-automatic update mode, through the research on the traditional services, and remote sensing data for vegetation analysis, we found that the traditional way with a lag of service updates, irregular nature ,these disadvantages for the application for services is crucial. This model has the limitation of lag of service updates and irregular nature through studying the model and analyzing remote sensing data for vegetation, these limitations will affect the application of services. Accordingly, this paper proposes integration services and automatic update schema of grassland ecological environment remote sensing monitoring, which adds more flexibility, continuity and real-time to it on the basic of traditional service operations,. Improved integration of services and automatically updated schema meet the requirements of real-time monitoring better. The main problems of this schema are the integration of the services and service automatic updates. Implementation of integrated services mainly in the configuration system and the background, the configuration system is the entrance of the implementation mode, which is responsible for the dynamic monitoring and data upload; the background is mainly responsible for the implementation of the trigger event time, the service automatically updating is performed after the integration of services. This paper studies the medium-resolution remote sensing data service updates, service updates during the operation in order to reduce duplication of tedious work and improve the efficiency and quality of service updates. The integration services and automatic update schema of grassland ecological environment remote sensing monitoring provides a good solution for the real-time dynamic monitoring of vegetation. This schema of ecological environment has been initially applied in the Three Rivers region dynamic monitoring of geographic information system, updating the growing season data in May to October between 2005 and 2009, the initial dates are 250 meter resolution MODIS image data, and updating the attribute information of vector data. If there is new data needed update in the future, the action could triggered by the timing database monitoring.
