Based on the negative pressure law, The dust-controling system, the bag filler dust collector conbined with the guide-chute, was used in Mu Gua-jie coal preparation plant. This system can effectly control the high-pressure induced air-flow and prevent the dust from ejecting.This scheme can widely apply to the coal or other mineral transpot belt system. Bag type dust removel scheme mostly use the empirical methods that from the net pipe system to designing, at present. That is not very accurately, howevwr.therefore it is not scientific to guide the designing goodly in this way. Considering this factor, the gas-solid two-phase flow modle shuold be quickly establish about coal transpot belt system. The modle was used the numerical simulation to ge the paramters of the dust diffusing. in this way, it is the most effectly guide the design of coal dust removal scheme.To sum up, This research was based on the gas-solid two-phase flow modle. On the other hand, combining the tested data, numerical computation and industry experiment in Mu Gua-jie coal prepare plant of Ping Shuo Company. 133# and 280# belt were typically researched. the simulation system of coal dust removal on the belt can be established. the theory and method that used for this reseach also can be used for other dust removal scheme.
