The output of coal in open pit mines in China is increasing year by year.At the same time,the production pressure faced by the crushing station is also increasing.The discharge port of the crushing station is a necessary link for material transfer and unloading.Its dust production is huge and the pollution range is extremely wide.At present,the dust reduction method used at the discharge port of the crushing station is mainly spray water spraying.This method has low dust reduction efficiency and wastes a lot of water resources.There is an urgent need for a new dust reduction method to replace single spray water spraying dust,and the new dust reduction The scheme needs to know the dust movement law to achieve better dust reduction.Therefore,this article mainly studies the law of the whole process of dust from the discharge port of the crushing station from generation to diffusion,and designs a better dust reduction scheme based on the obtained dust movement law.During the unloading process,the material flow of the crushing station will cause a large amount of dust to increase rapidly.The dust will spread into the atmosphere with the induced wind flow and impact air flow,causing environmental pollution in the working space.Excessive dust concentration will bring a huge threat to the health of workers and surrounding residents.At the same time,high concentration dust also has devastating damage to the surrounding vegetation,aggravating the wear of mining area equipment,and working under high concentration dust conditions can easily cause explosion The incident seriously affected the requirements for safe and efficient production operations in the open pit mine.In this paper,the horizontal diffusion equation and sedimentation equation of dust with different particle sizes are obtained through theoretical analysis and model derivation,which provides theoretical support for dust control.Through on-site investigation and data collection,it was revealed that the heavily polluted dust around the discharge port of the crushing station is mainly composed of PM10,and PM2.5 is also an important indicator for evaluating atmospheric pollution.Priority should be given to the management of PM10 dust.Laboratory screening of the dust collected on site confirmed that 90% of the dust settled around the crushing station had a particle size greater than 100?m,demonstrating a wider range of small particle pollution.In recent years,dry and wet integrated dust removal technology has been widely used as an efficient dust removal program.At the same time,computer digital simulation technology has been greatly developed,making the simulation more accurate.Because the dust diffusion process is very complicated and disordered,this paper uses fluent to simulate the dust diffusion process,showing the dust diffusion law on the screen,and understanding each stage of dust diffusion more clearly.The article simulates the dust movement law and the dust reduction efficiency under various dust reduction measures,and proves that the comprehensive dry and wet dust removal has good dust reduction efficiency.Through the research of this paper,it provides theoretical help and technical support for the dust control at the discharge port of the open pit crushing station,and makes efforts for better dust prevention and dust reduction,while achieving safe,high yield,high efficiency and green production in the open pit mine.The paper has 54 pictures,13 tables,and 79 references.
