The Design And Application Research Of Knitted Garment Basic Pattern

Recently, there is a trend of knitwear design while the pattern theory of knitwear design is relatively weak. The unique performance of knitwear makes its structural design different from woven garments. So it's necessary to establish the knitwear structure theoretical system. In this paper, according to the human engineering, the author took the bust as the main control part to calculate its detail and the regression formula of the bust, and took them as a basis for plane cartography size theory.The author also analyzed fabric elastic characteristics, using the method of 3D cutting, get body-fitting, semi-tight-fitting, tight-fitting, semi-loose-fitting, loose–fitting type upper body model, then analyzed the difference between them to find out the inherent law, and combined each model with the plane constitution principle to get knitted basic pattern and plane cartography method. Finally, the author analyzed the style structure of knitted garment, classified the knitting clothing, and did some structural design work in use of the corresponding pattern, in order to explain how to use the women's basic pattern in knitwear pattern design.This paper took the measuring data and experimental result as the basis, the 3D cutting and 2D cutting as research method, aiming to find out the internal rules of knitwear structure design and get the basic pattern of knitted garment .The paper enhance knitwear design theory from qualitative research to quantitative research as well. In the end, the thesis got a series of knitted garment structure design pattern, and verified its feasibility, established a knitted garment basic pattern structure design theory. This paper provided a more direct, scientific and theoretical basis, which is more convenient and reasonable to the theory, and also provided a reference for teaching and factory production. Therefore, this research has certain practical value and innovation.
