Research On The Optimization Of Bra Basic Pattern Based On The Underwear Design Mannequin

Based on underwear design mannequin,this study used the method of 3D combined with 2D to get the bra basic pattern.This study used the convex point cutting method to flat the bra stereo configuration to obtain the "optimal" Japanese paper pattern.Through the revising of "optimal" Japanese paper pattern,finally got the basic pattern of 75 B full cup bra.Based on the research results of full cup bras' style characteristic and their using condition of fabric and accessories,this study designed and made the bra sample.Then,this study recruited 6 Chinese female whose ages were between 20 to 39 years old and bra sizes were 75 B to fit the samples and evaluated them.The result was that the bra has the function of lifting and shaping breasts to make them more beautiful.In addition,it had good pressure comfort and stability.In order to analysis the relationship of wing pattern shrinkage,fabric properties and bra pressure comfort,this study designed the factorial experiment.The result showed that only wing pattern shrinkage has remarkable effect on the objective pressure value.Applying regression analysis to establish the model as y=0.523+6.479 x which y is standard for the objective pressure value(k Pa)and x is standard for wing pattern shrinkage(%).The model is proved available by computing the center value.This study can not only offer the optimal bra basic pattern for bra pattern making,it can also improve the production efficiency of bra enterprises.Meanwhile,it can provide theoretical support to the research of 3D bra CAD system.
