| 'Nowadays, complex structures have greatly affected on the production safety of many mines. There is a complex condition in Jinyuan Coal Mine,2302 face is a monoclinal structure, and it has lots of faults and complex structures. In such case, it is a problem to control the surrounding rock. So it is very important to study on the ground pressure law and its control technology of surrounding rock under complex structures, also it can provide theoretical and technical basis to roadway layout and tunnel rock control for the mining of the same condition.Based on the field measurement, combined with field practice, various methods, such as numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are applied to study the law of strata behaviors, the law of roof movement and the law of roadway's surrounding rock movement and its control under the condition of complex structure in the second district of Jinyuan Coal Mine. The main work is as follows.Firstly, the field geology and roof rock mechanics experiment are introduced, then the measured of strata-behavior law in the stope and roadway are studied.Using FLAC3D software, the distribution law of abutment pressure and deformation of roadway's surrounding rock is simulated. The supporting parameter optimization of tunnel rock under the condition of complex structure is studied by simulation.On the basis of theoretical study of bolt theory, the surrounding rock loose circle of roof and rib is calculated, as well as the supporting parameters of bolt in the roof and ribs, thus the support parameters are parameterized.Based on the research hereinbefore, field practice is carried out. Safety effects and economic benefits are ensured by field inspection.Study of this paper has important practical and theoretical significance on solving the problem of complex structure, especially on the solution of control the surrounding rock and safe support. Therefore, valuable experience is provided for coal seam mining with the similar condition. |
