China's Urban Sewage Disposal Mode

Sewage treatment industry is a capital and technology intensive industries, which is related to the water environment as well as the security of the environment. China's current investment in urban sewage treatment model has a large, high running cost, not ideal efficiency characteristics. It is an inevitable choice that urban sewage treatment must be a Market-based sewage treatment industry .This paper is on the status of urban wastewater treatment, starting with analysis and problem diagnosis, and meticulously studying the German Rhine model of urban sewage treatment - the use of market-oriented approach, through all aspects of treatments of the whole industrial chain, and make the sewage treatment valuable, worthy of investment. In reference to international advanced experience, combined with China's national conditions, the author proposed a new model for China's urban sewage treatment: joining businesses and city governments to build sewage treatment plants, sewage treatment plants operating independently, so with the money from the sewage treatment plant enterprises can cover the cost of sewage treatment. And the author analyzed the game of interest enterprises and Nash equilibrium.
