Market economy have developed for three decades,China's home textile industry has stage into brand competitive era from initially extensive product competitive. Starting in 2000, China's home textile market has maintained an average annual growth rate of 20%, considerable economic benefits on the high-speed development attracted more and more enterprises involved into jostle for this piece of cake;Meanwhile, China's home textile industry preliminary build brand more than 600. The 2008 international financial crisis, long-term by low profit production processing of China's home textile enterprise, paid attention to their own development mode of strategic shift, through increasing design development strength, improve the added value of the products, step to seek opportunity in a crisis.However, in the low technical threshold of the textile industry, to traditional development mode, through to creating the brand and promote design level to expand the market, it is not easy. Especially in home textile industry, the brand product homogeneityphenomenon is high, the phenomenon such as design style do not conform to the brand positioning gradually stick out, to a certain extent, hampered the healthy growth of home textile brands. The main reason is because of the extensive product design, and in the product development design lack of management, there is no effective management to the design process and resources, let alone organization together. Accordingly, it's need to take effective coordinated management on the design process control, make the design service for the brand, enhance the core competitiveness about the brand of home textile.Combining with the actual situation of China home textile brand, through a large number of literature reviewing, visit and investigate the home textile enterprise, as well as design experience before graduate of myself, and learned about the process, cooperative management during my graduate study, and then forming the main contents of this study:The introduction have described about to the background, purpose and meaning, the current domestic and international situation and the content such as research methods.A main part, first of all, there is an overview about the brand home textile design concept and characteristic; proposed the problems about the china's brand home textile design; On the analysis of some foreign successful cases, illustrated that design is a soul to the brand home textile, if brand home textile want to do something, should not only pay attention to the design innovation, but also pay attention to the design process management. Then, further introduced process; narrated the brand design process of home textile concrete content and working standard;Pointed out that establish the process has an important meaning to the home textile design, it tells us multifarious design work how to conduct orderly; Meanwhile, points out that implement the process effectively need all parties collaborative.Then, Standardize the brand home textile design process using cooperative management idea ;Through concrete analysis, build the basic model of coordinated management about the brand home textile design process. At last, analyzed the developing status about the specific brand design of home textile enterprise and it's design flow characteristics, using above of the theory about the cooperative management of brand home textile design process, and put forward a concrete improvement project, improved the efficiency of its design team. In the epilogue part, it pointed out that the subject insufficient and next job.To sum up, because the brand home textile design process is in the traditional and natural development condition in current, lacking some key link, and the cooperation between process is poorer, it's need to according to home textile design actual characteristics, and the specific characteristics of enterprise resource, applying modern cooperative management thoughts and strategic vision, and proceed the whole optimization and cooperation, create a strong team fighting capacity, improve brand home textile design efficiency, make design always service around to improve the enterprise efficiency.
