The stability and deactivation of catalysts for heavy aromatics lightening were studied in this paper. Different catalysts were prepared with Hβ,HMCM-22 and HMCM-56 as supporters, which were introduced Mo as the active component. The stability and deactivation speed of these catalysts were researched and the deactivated and regenerated catalysts were systematically investigated by the means of TG, NH3-TPD, Roman, SEM-EDS, Py-IR spectrum and N2 adsorption. The results showed that:the deactivation speed of MoO3/HMCM-56 was the fastest one. The reason maybe was that the channels were easily blocked up because of the relatively thinner layer and larger aperture. Taking the fastest deactivated MoO3/HMCM-56 catalyst as the main research subject, the regeneration result showed that the best regenerated temperature was 520-540℃.In addition, the stability result of HDZ-55 catalyst on 100mL heavy aromatics lightening showed that the activity of HDZ-55 is very good and so is the stability for 2030 hours, while the operative conditions being researched in the whole process. The result showed that the best operative conditions were 460℃,3MPa, V(H2)/V(C9+) equaled to 800 and WHSV of the C/heavy aromatics equaled to 3.6h"'. In this condition, the conversion of C94+ heavy aromatics was 68%, and the selectivity of BTX was 92%. While the activity of HDZ-55 catalyst deactivated after 1700 hours, the result of regeneration of being coked for 3 hours under the condition of 540℃showed that:the conversion of C9+ heavy aromatics returned to 65%, and the selectivity of BTX returned to 93%.What's more,10000 ton industrial enlarged programme was calculated by Aspen Plus on the base of stability result. And the catalyst used in the calculation was the HDZ-55 catalyst.
